This Giant Rat miniature from Epic Miniatures is a Large-sized sculpt packed with visceral energy. The beast is captured mid-lunge — haunches coiled and powerful, one clawed foreleg extended and grasping, jaws wide open in a full snarl. Every inch of the sculpt is covered in richly textured, shaggy fur rendered with exceptional detail, from the spined hackles along its back to the muscular, scaled hindlegs gripping the rocky oval base. The expression is ferocious rather than merely menacing — this is a creature that has already decided it is going to eat you.
The scale reference shown in the render confirms this as a large creature — it looms convincingly over a standard 20mm d20, making it the right presence for encounters where a swarm's bigger cousin needs to be felt at the table.
