- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This two-headed giant lizard is a fantastic centrepiece for any DM looking to bring a genuinely unsettling creature to the table. The sculpt captures a heavy, armoured reptile at rest but alert — both heads raised with that cold, unreadable reptilian focus, scales layered in thick ridges along the neck, body, and tail. The base is rocky and textured, giving the impression of a creature utterly at home in its harsh terrain.
In D&D 5e terms this sculpt works wonderfully as a giant lizard, a behir, a wyvern without wings, or even a homebrew two-headed drake or guivra. The scale and silhouette give it real presence on the board — this isn't a background encounter, it's the encounter. It also makes a compelling display piece for collectors who appreciate the weight and texture of a well-sculpted reptilian beast.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a memorable beast encounter for a desert, swamp, or underground lair
- Are building a reptile-themed encounter or a yuan-ti dominated region
- Want a boss-tier monster with unusual anatomy to keep players second-guessing
- Collect creature miniatures for display as well as play
Encounter Hook:
The party was hired to retrieve a scholar lost in the Ashen Flats — they find his camp undisturbed, his notes still open on the table, and two sets of enormous claw marks leading away in opposite directions before converging into one trail.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale and ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box as an unpainted display piece. The base arrives detached and can be fixed easily with a small amount of glue. Some minor imperfections from the print process are possible; these are easily tidied up before painting.
