The Giant Infernal Skull is a fully realised infernal entity — a colossal, cracked demonic skull wreathed in billowing hellfire, its hollow eye sockets burning with dark purpose and its gaping maw ringed with hooked, serrated fangs. Twisted horns curl outward from its fractured bone, and roiling flames surge upward from the crown, frozen mid-conflagration.
