Description

She was a village herbalist once — now she is something that wears that memory like a rotting coat, hunger where her eyes used to be.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is the third sculpt in our Ghoul range by Galaad Miniatures, and it brings a distinctly unsettling character to the table. Where many ghoul miniatures lean into shambling brute territory, this one captures something more disturbing — the remnants of a person. Her tattered robes and wrapped feet suggest a life before undeath, while her outstretched clawed hands, thrown-back head, and gaping jaw make her intentions unmistakably clear. She's mid-lunge, mid-shriek, mid-hunger — an excellent centrepiece for a ghoul pack or a lone predator haunting a forgotten crypt.

In D&D 5e, ghouls are swift and deadly undead known for their paralysing claws — the kind of monster that turns a routine dungeon room into a desperate scramble. This sculpt captures that frantic, predatory energy precisely. Whether you field her as a standard ghoul, a ghast with delusions of former humanity, or a unique undead NPC with a tragic backstory, she brings genuine character to whatever encounter she stalks into. She's equally at home on the gaming table and on a display shelf.

Fits adventurers who:

  • Run horror-tinged D&D campaigns with Ravenloft or undead-heavy themes
  • Want ghouls with genuine personality rather than generic shambling corpses
  • Are building a varied undead warband with distinct sculpts for each creature
  • Enjoy painting miniatures that reward detail work — the tattered cloth and clawed hands offer real painting interest
  • Collect display-quality miniatures as well as gaming pieces

Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to investigate a series of disappearances in a river town — all victims women travelling alone after dark. The trail leads to the old tannery district, where a former healer was buried in a pauper's grave three months ago. She's not there any more. She's been watching the party since they arrived, and tonight she's decided they look like a fine meal.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The decorative base is included as a separate piece and attaches with superglue — this sculpt does interact with its base, so we recommend using it for the best visual result. Printed to a high standard; supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
