The Gate Watcher is a hulking, battle-worn brute rendered as a detailed display bust. His broad, heavily wrinkled face carries a nose ring and a half-sneer that sits somewhere between boredom and menace. Tally-mark scars are etched across his barrel chest, and a beaded chain hangs from one raised fist — held thoughtfully, or threateningly, depending on what you've done. The surface is alive with texture: leathery skin, deep-set creases, and a decorative studded belt that circles the base of the bust. He sits on a solid stone-style plinth, ready for the painting table or the display shelf.
