Description

It was only when the torchlight swept across the rooftop that the party realised the statues had moved.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Few creatures embody the predatory patience of the gargoyle like this sculpt from Mia Kay M3DM. Caught in a low, menacing crouch — knuckles pressed to the ground, wings spread wide, horned head thrust forward — this gargoyle looks moments away from launching itself at whoever dared disturb its vigil. The detail across the leathery wings, the corded musculature of the arms, and the snarling primate-like face give it a genuinely unsettling presence that sits somewhere between ancient sentinel and apex predator.

Whether you're statting it as a classic D&D 5e Gargoyle or building something more monstrous for your homebrew world, this sculpt carries weight on the tabletop. Equally at home on a dungeon shelf as a display piece, the pose has real drama from every angle.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a gargoyle encounter with genuine menace behind it
  • Are building rooftop chases, ruined temples, or cursed citadels
  • Want a boss-tier monster that also looks exceptional on a display shelf
  • Paint detailed creature miniatures and want something with real surface texture to work with

Encounter Hook:
The party is tasked with retrieving a relic from the top floor of a crumbling wizard's tower. Three gargoyles have roosted there for decades, each indistinguishable from the stonework — until the first one blinks and turns its head slowly toward the rogue who just pocketed something she shouldn't have.
