Description
Carved from the same cursed stone as the fortress it once guarded, this gargoyle has torn itself free — and it has not forgotten the names of those who bound it.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Krolkaat is a gargoyle unlike the mindless sentinels that squat over cathedral doorways. This creature bears the angular, segmented armour of something purpose-built — broad pauldrons, taloned feet, and great membranous wings cracked at the edges like old slate. In one clawed hand it hefts a bone-tipped spear, its posture low and menacing, somewhere between a territorial display and a killing stance. The expression is sharp: this is not a creature waiting to be commanded. It is choosing, for now, to let you live.
Whether you're statting it up as a Gargoyle, a Stone Devil, or a bound Fiend with its own agenda, this sculpt carries enough detail and personality to anchor an entire session around it. Front-on, the rune-etched chest and splayed wings make for a commanding table presence; from behind, the layered wing structure and spine detail reward painters who enjoy working in cool stone tones and deep shadow washes. Equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a boss-level fiend for an infernal dungeon or corrupted cathedral encounter
- Want a summoned guardian that looks genuinely dangerous, not merely decorative
- Enjoy painting stone and chitin textures with ink washes and dry-brushing
- Are building a Ravenloft or dark-fantasy display collection
Encounter Hook:
The party's cartographer marks the old watchtower as abandoned — but three nights running, sentries have reported a silhouette on the parapet that doesn't move until it does. When the rogue finally climbs up to investigate, she finds seven dead crows arranged in a perfect circle, still warm, and something very large scraping stone on the floor above.
This mini is printed at 32mm scale. If you'd prefer a different scale, just drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate you. A decorative base option is available — choose from three styles: Book Scene, Stairs Scene, or Pedestal Scene. Please include your base preference in a note with your order. The decorative or plain black base is supplied separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, very minor marks are occasionally possible and are simple to tidy up.
