The Frost Queen is every inch the BBEG your campaign has been building towards. Sculpted at display scale, she stands wreathed in jagged ice-shard armour, her spiked crown rising like a crown of black winter thorns. One arm is raised, a frost-rimed staff crackling with barely-contained power; the other hand extends, fingers splayed in a gesture that could be command, condemnation, or the opening syllable of something catastrophic. Her long coat billows as though caught in a magical gale, and the base beneath her feet erupts with shards of conjured ice — this is a sorceress who does not stand still, because the world reshapes itself around her.

At larger-than-standard boss scale (base approximately 82mm), she towers over the battlefield in a way that communicates status before a single die has been rolled.
