The Frost Maiden's third form is something altogether more unsettling than a conventional monster. Where other creatures loom with claws and fangs, this incarnation is pure, ancient presence — a faceless, serpentine visage with a single hollow eye at its crown and a gaping maw drawn back in something between a grin and a threat. Sculpted with angular, fractured stonework texture across every surface, it emerges from a cracked rocky base as though the dungeon floor itself is giving birth to it. There are no weapons here. There is only the gaze.
For Dungeon Masters running cold-climate campaigns, Underdark descents, or mysteries built around a primordial intelligence, this miniature gives you a creature that communicates dread without needing to be the largest thing in the room. It works equally well as a BBEG in her most alien aspect, a lair object that unsettles the party before the real encounter begins, or a centrepiece on a display shelf where it will draw the eye of every adventurer who walks past.
