The Hrimyhyrnir is a creature that feels ripped from the deepest seam of Norse myth: part great beast, part elemental fury. Its sculpt captures it mid-lunge across a shattered rock outcropping, one enormous clawed hand raised and a terrified mountain goat scrambling for its life at the tip of its reaching fingers. The contrast in scale between that tiny prey animal and the beast's massive, braided-fur bulk tells the whole story of what this creature is — an apex predator that barely registers the difference between a goat and an adventuring party. The deep-carved fur texture, braided hide, and crown of curved horns give it tremendous presence from every angle, making it as compelling on a display shelf as it is looming over a battlemap.

Encounter Hook:
The Jarl's hunters set out three days ago to track what was killing the reindeer herds. Their trail leads to a high mountain pass — and ends there, scattered across the snow beside a single enormous pawprint. As the party crests the ridge, the wind drops, the ravens scatter, and something the size of a barn shifts in the shadows of the glacier ahead. The Hrimyhyrnir turns its horned head slowly, nostrils flaring. It has already smelled them.
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model includes a detailed scenic rock base — given how the beast interacts with the outcropping in the sculpt, the two really are designed as a single piece and look best assembled together with a small amount of super glue. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or striking straight from the shelf as a display piece.
