This is pose 01 of our Frost Hag range by Novaminis. Crouched low and gripping a gnarled, twisted staff with both hands, this hag radiates the particular menace of a creature that has lived long enough to know patience is the sharpest weapon. Her deep hood frames a hollow, leering face, and her robes — stitched from rough hides and bound with rope — speak to a life spent far beyond the warmth of any civilised hearth. The feathered mantle around her shoulders and the weathered staff she clutches give her the look of something ancient and deliberate, like a curse that has been building for centuries.
