Description

Something vast and wrong drags itself from the deep places of the world — too many eyes, too many claws, and a grin that knows exactly what fear tastes like.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Frost Eye Tyrant is a Large-sized aberration of unmistakable menace. Its bloated, scaled torso bristles with overlapping armoured plates and jagged spines, whilst multiple writhing tentacle-limbs sprout from its back — each one capped with a lidded, unblinking eye. Two heavy clawed arms hang at its sides, the fists each bearing yet another great ocular orb, and a wide, toothy maw splits the creature's front — fronted by a central chest eye that seems to watch you right back.

This sculpt from Epic Miniatures captures every unsettling detail: the layered chitinous hide, the wet sheen of those watching eyes, the rock-strewn base that grounds it in some lightless cavern or blighted ruin. The size comparison in the render shows just how large this creature stands against a standard 32mm miniature — this is a proper encounter piece, not a rank-and-file grunt.

Whether you run it as a homebrew aberration lord, a twisted beholder-kin, or a planar horror that has seeped through a corrupted gateway, the Frost Eye Tyrant brings genuine unease to the table the moment you place it down.

  • Dungeon Masters who want a Large aberration with genuine visual impact
  • Painters who relish the challenge of multiple eyes, organic textures, and layered scales
  • Collectors building out Underdark lairs or aberration encounter groups
  • Anyone whose campaign needs a creature that makes the whole table go quiet

Encounter Hook: The party descends into the lower tunnels of the Sunken Reach, following the trail of a missing scouting party. They find the scouts — or what remains of them — arranged in a circle, eyes removed, facing inward toward a vast shape that slowly turns to regard the adventurers with every single one of its stolen gazes at once.
