Description
Where the deep forest forgets the outside world, something older than memory lifts its head — and the butterflies that land on its muzzle are not butterflies at all.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Forest Spirit Stag is no mere beast. Its body is woven from the forest itself: bark-rough hide cracked and gnarled like ancient heartwood, a cluster of mushrooms sprouting from its haunches, and antlers that rise not as bone but as living branches, draped in fern fronds and twisted boughs. A single butterfly perches at its muzzle as the stag tilts its head skyward — a creature in quiet communion with something unseen. Whether it serves as a guardian of a sacred grove, a herald of the Feywild, or something stranger still, the storytelling potential here is written into every line of the sculpt.
This is variation 2 of our Forest Spirit Stag range — featuring this distinctive upward-gazing pose with the butterfly detail at the snout, making it immediately distinguishable from other poses in the set. Equally at home leading an encounter on the gaming table or commanding a display shelf.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run Feywild campaigns or enchanted forest encounters
- Need a nature spirit, guardian beast, or Archfey-adjacent creature for their TTRPG table
- Want a statement piece for a painted display collection
- Are building encounters around druids, rangers, or fey-touched locations
Encounter Hook:
The party follows the wounded deer deeper into the Whisperwood, only to find the trail ends at a moonlit clearing — where the stag turns to face them, its antlers flowering into full bloom, and a voice that is not a voice asks why they have followed something that did not wish to be found.
