Forest Guardian by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
It wore no eyes behind the mask, yet somehow it had been watching the party for days before they ever entered the wood.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is no woodland sprite or gentle dryad. The Forest Guardian is something older — a liminal creature of bark and sinew, antlers branching from a featureless ritual mask, its long-limbed body coiled like a predator at rest. The sculpt captures a figure caught between stillness and sudden violence: crouched low on a root-strewn base, arms drawn inward, every cord of muscle suggesting it could spring across the table in an instant. It speaks of deep forest lore — the kind of entity that doesn't protect the wood so much as embody it, impassively, without mercy.
Whether you place it as a guardian of a fey crossing, an ancient nature deity made flesh, or the true form of something that has been following the party for three sessions, this miniature carries genuine narrative weight. Equally at home on a display shelf as it is anchoring a Feywild encounter, the detail in the gnarled limbs, the layered horn-like antlers, and the unsettling blank mask will reward careful painting.
A fine addition for adventurers who:
- Run Feywild, druidic, or deep forest campaigns
- Need a memorable boss monster or ancient nature spirit NPC
- Enjoy painting textured organic sculpts with striking focal points
- Want a display piece that provokes conversation at the table
- Are looking for something genuinely eerie rather than conventionally monstrous
Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to retrieve a lost child from the Thornwood. They find the child unharmed — sat cross-legged at the feet of this creature, braiding wildflowers into its bark-like fingers. The child says it has been kind. The Forest Guardian turns its blank mask toward the party and tilts its head. It does not speak. It does not move. It simply waits to see what they will do next.

What's included:
This miniature is printed at 32mm scale. Two base options are available: a scenic integrated base (one piece, attached) or a plain round base (supplied detached, easily glued). Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks may occasionally remain and can be cleaned up with a hobby knife or fine sandpaper. All pieces are fully cured and ready for priming and painting.
