This flying gargoyle sculpt captures the creature mid-descent: broad leathery wings stretched wide, curved talons reaching forward, a spiked horned head lowered as if locked onto its target. The surface texture is richly detailed — cracked hide across the torso, veined membrane stretched between wing fingers, and scaled ridges along the shoulders and skull.
