Description
It hovered into the workshop three weeks ago, uninvited — and now nobody can remember how anything got repaired without it.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Part invention, part personality, this Floating Artificer Companion is a delightful mechanical curiosity that belongs equally on the shoulder of a gnomish tinkerer or rattling through the corridors of a magewrights' guild. The sculpt features a riveted barrel-shaped torso, a domed sensor head with two circular optical lenses, and four articulated arms extending in different directions — each tipped with a distinct tool: a blocky hammer raised overhead, a serrated circular saw blade, a two-pronged claw, and a three-fingered manipulator. It floats without legs, all business and no manners.
For Dungeon Masters running Eberron, Spelljammer, or any steampunk-adjacent campaign, this construct reads immediately as a Tiny or Small construct — whether it's a Homunculus Servant, an Autognome companion, or a rogue-element construct with its own agenda. For artificer players, it makes a brilliant physical representation of their class features on the table. Collectors will appreciate the character baked into its pose: arms spread wide, it looks moments away from either fixing something or causing a catastrophe.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Play or DM artificer-heavy campaigns in D&D 5e or Pathfinder
- Run Eberron, Spelljammer, or steampunk settings and want distinctive construct NPCs
- Want a characterful familiar or Homunculus Servant miniature with real personality
- Collect display pieces that stand out on a hobby shelf
Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to retrieve a stolen schema from a collapsed warforged forge — but when they arrive, one of the facility's maintenance constructs is still active, still loyal to its last directive, and very confused about why these soft organic creatures keep touching things they shouldn't.
