Description

He has lived long enough to know that the most dangerous spell is the one still unwritten — and his open tome suggests he is very close to finishing it.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Firen Bookweaver is an elder tiefling mage of considerable gravitas. Crescent horns sweep back from a heavily bearded face, and his travelling coat hangs heavy with pouches, scrolls, and arcane instruments — the kit of someone who has been doing this for a very long time. In one hand he cradles an open spellbook, its pages mid-turn; in the other, a tongue of magical flame dances in his palm, half-conjured and entirely deliberate. He isn't threatening you. He is simply reminding you of what he is capable of.

The sculpt rewards a careful painter — the layered coat and harness strapping across his chest are packed with detail, and the back view reveals a full utility belt with pouches and a slung satchel that speak to decades of fieldwork. Whether he's a learned mentor figure, a morally flexible quest-giver, or an arcane rival who knows far more than he lets on, Firen carries the kind of quiet authority that makes players sit up straight.

A great fit for adventurers who:

  • Want a characterful tiefling wizard or sorcerer for their campaign or collection
  • Need a memorable NPC — archmage, lorekeeper, or enigmatic mentor
  • Are painting a scholarly or arcane-themed character for display
  • Play Pathfinder, D&D 5e, or any other fantasy TTRPG with elder spellcaster characters

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a rogue spell to the back room of a crumbling scriptorium — and finds Firen Bookweaver already there, flame hovering above one palm and his tome open to a page the party's wizard doesn't recognise. He looks up slowly. "I've been expecting someone," he says, "though I did hope it would be someone more useful."

What's included:
Firen Bookweaver is printed at 32mm scale (though the original sculpt is designed at 35mm — if you'd prefer a different scale, just drop us a message and we'll see what we can arrange). A plain black base is included; a decorative base is available as an upgrade — please send us a note at checkout to let us know which base style you'd like. The base ships separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all hand-finished prints, minor marks are possible and easily tidied up before priming.
