Description

She has walked the old forests longer than most kingdoms have stood, and the staff she carries still remembers the tree it once was.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Firbolgs occupy a quietly distinctive place in D&D lore — half-giant folk bound by ancient pacts with the natural world, as comfortable communing with a dying oak as they are negotiating with a suspicious village elder. This sculpt by Mia Kay captures that grounded, unhurried confidence beautifully: she stands at ease, one hand resting on her hip, the other holding a gnarled wooden staff that curls upward like a living thing. Her armour layers leather and feather-trimmed pauldrons over a practical travelling tunic, with a wide decorated belt and fur-wrapped boots that speak to a life spent in the deep woods. Her braided hair, pointed ears, and calm half-smile give her the look of someone who has already seen whatever you're about to try.

She works equally well on the tabletop as a Druid player character or as a memorable NPC — a Circle of the Land guardian, a Firbolg elder who tasks the party with righting a wrong done to her grove, or a wandering healer with more history than she lets on. The sculpt holds fine detail throughout and rewards careful painting, but reads clearly even unpainted at gaming distances.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Are playing or DMing a Firbolg Druid character in D&D 5e or another TTRPG
  • Need a distinctive woodland NPC — a grove guardian, a nature-pact quest-giver, or a Circle elder
  • Want a character mini that doubles as a display piece on the painting shelf
  • Are building out a nature-themed or forest-dwelling faction for their campaign

Encounter Hook:
The party finds her standing in the centre of a blighted clearing, staff planted in the scorched earth, eyes closed. She doesn't react as they approach. When she finally speaks, she names each of them by their greatest regret — and says that the forest told her. She needs their help. The forest is running out of time.
