She stepped into the firelit inn with a lyre tucked under one arm and a smile that suggested she already knew how the evening would end.

Iarkalyn is a Firbolg Bard sculpted with understated grace — draped in flowing robes that pool gently at her feet, her pointed ears peeking through loosely curled hair, and a broad, knowing grin on her face. She cradles a small lyre against her scale-detailed pauldron, mid-performance or perhaps mid-scheme; with Firbolgs, it can be difficult to tell. There is warmth in this sculpt, and wit — she reads less like a wandering musician and more like someone who has wandered very deliberately, and knows exactly where she wants to end up.

Firbolgs are rare enough at the table to turn heads, and a Firbolg Bard rarer still — part fey wanderer, part gentle giant, part keeper of ancient songs. Whether your Iarkalyn is a College of Lore scholar cataloguing forgotten histories, a College of Spirits channelling voices from beyond, or simply the most disarming person in any given tavern, this sculpt gives her real presence on the board and on the shelf.

A good match for adventurers who:

  • Are playing a Firbolg Bard and want a mini that truly fits the character
  • Need a charismatic NPC musician, travelling storyteller, or fey-touched envoy
  • Want a display piece that rewards careful painting — the flowing robes and lyre detail repay every layer
  • Are building a Feywild-adjacent campaign and need faces that feel otherworldly but approachable

Encounter Hook:
The party finds Iarkalyn sitting alone at the back of a crumbling amphitheatre, playing to an audience of stone statues — each one frozen mid-applause. She finishes her song before acknowledging the adventurers, then asks, very politely, whether any of them happen to know how to break a particularly stubborn enchantment.

Available at 32mm tabletop scale (with or without a plain black base, supplied unattached) and 54mm display scale. The base attaches easily with superglue. Miniatures are supplied unpainted and ready to prime — a great canvas for both experienced painters and those just starting out.
