The Female Pirate Construct is one of the more unusual figures you'll encounter on the high seas of your campaign world. Part swashbuckler, part arcane automaton, she carries a curved cutlass in one hand and a mysterious artefact in the other, her mechanical augmentations — etched circuitry running along one arm, and a complex gear-driven panel set into her thigh — marking her as something far more than a simple corsair. A bandana frames her face, an eye patch covers one socket, and her expression carries the cool confidence of someone who has survived things that would sink lesser crews. Whether she's a rogue construct that slipped her original programming, a warforged rogue in disguise, or the centrepiece of an artificer patron's story arc, she brings genuine narrative weight to the table.
This sculpt by Mia Kay M3DM captures the character with a level of detail that rewards painting — the gear inlays, ragged boot-tops, and layered belt pouches all hold paint cleanly and give experienced painters plenty to work with. Equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf, she's a character that draws the eye and asks to be given a name.
A sound choice for adventurers who:
- Are running a nautical or sea-faring campaign and need a construct NPC or boss encounter
- Want a warforged or construct player character mini with a distinctive swashbuckler identity
- Are building an artificer-themed collection with mechanical and arcane flavour
- Enjoy painting detailed miniatures with interesting surface textures and character-driven design
- Collect display miniatures that hold their own off the gaming table
Encounter Hook:
The party discovers an abandoned vessel drifting in the fog, its crew long gone — but when they descend to the hold, they find her still at her post, cutlass raised, waiting for a captain's order that will never come. She speaks in a dialect thirty years out of fashion and insists she is not lost. She is on a mission. She simply cannot remember what it was.
Supplied as an unpainted resin miniature, printed at 32mm scale. The version with a detailed base comes pre-attached as a single piece; the plain base version is supplied separately and can be fixed easily with hobby adhesive. Minor support marks may occasionally be present — these are straightforward to clean up before priming. Each piece is fully cured and ready for your brush.
