This is pose 01 of our Female Human Illusion Mage range, sculpted by Galaad Miniatures. She strides forward mid-cast, hood pulled low over a composed, determined expression, one arm reaching forward as if weaving a glamour or sending a spell rippling across the battlefield. In her other hand she carries a heavy-headed staff, held low and trailing behind her — the posture of someone who has done this before and isn't worried. A long cape billows behind her, its ragged hem caught mid-motion, adding real dynamism to the sculpt. Her armour is layered and detailed: ornate breastplate with engraved scrollwork, fitted greaves, buckled boots, and a broad pauldron collar that frames the hood beautifully. Every surface rewards a careful painter — from the layered skirt panels to the intricate belt clasp.

Whether you're playing a Wizard, Sorcerer, or a Warlock with a taste for deception, this figure carries the presence of a spellcaster who controls the narrative as much as the battlefield. She works equally well as a player character, a manipulative NPC patron, or an arcane rival your party will remember long after the session ends.

A strong choice for adventurers who:

  • Play or DM spellcaster characters — Wizard, Sorcerer, or Warlock
  • Want a named NPC with real presence: an arcane patron, a guild leader, or an illusionist rival
  • Are building a display piece where dynamic pose and sculpt detail matter
  • Need a hooded female mage that reads instantly on the tabletop

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the merchant's estate only to find the negotiator they were promised is not quite who she appeared to be. The woman standing in the candlelight — staff in hand, hood casting shadows across her smile — lets the illusion of her previous face dissolve slowly, deliberately, letting each adventurer catch the moment at their own pace. "You were expecting someone else," she says. "That's rather the point."
