This is a commanding sculpt of a female bandit captain caught mid-order, sword drawn in one hand and the other arm thrust forward — directing her crew with absolute authority. She wears practical half-armour over a belted tunic, knee-high boots, and a broad flowing cape that sweeps behind her. A headband pulls her hair back from a face set in a fierce, open-mouthed shout. Every detail reads as a leader who has earned her rank the hard way.
