Mia Kay's Factory Worker Male is a grounded, working-world character sculpt that brings gritty industrial life to your tabletop. He stands in a composed, self-assured pose — one hand resting near a wrench at his hip, the other relaxed at his side — dressed in heavy-duty overalls with riveted fastenings, studded bracers, and wide-legged work trousers trimmed with industrial buckles along the outer seams. A flat-peaked cap sits atop his head, and a backpack-style mechanical rig is strapped across his shoulders, hinting at a character who maintains, repairs, or perhaps weaponises whatever the city's machinery demands. His base features a pair of interlocking cog wheels — a detail that ties him firmly to a steampunk or industrial setting and gives painters a satisfying surface to bring to life.

Whether he's a quest-giver with dangerous knowledge of the factory's underground tunnels, a loyal contact in a thieves' guild front operation, or a union organiser with a grudge and a plan, this sculpt carries the quiet weight of someone who knows exactly how things work — and exactly how to make them stop.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run urban or steampunk-flavoured campaigns in settings like Eberron or homebrew industrial cities
  • Need a memorable NPC — a foreman, engineer, saboteur, or reluctant informant
  • Want a character mini suitable for an Artificer or working-class Fighter player character
  • Enjoy painting industrial detail: rivets, gear teeth, worn leather, and mechanical pack components
  • Are building out a city district with distinct, characterful inhabitants

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the Ironmere Foundry to investigate a series of "accidents" — and the only witness still talking is a senior floor worker named Carrik, who meets them after the night shift with oil-stained hands and a very careful choice of words. He knows which overseer has been pocketing safety funds. He also knows what happened to the last person who said so out loud.

Details

What's included:
This miniature is printed at 32mm scale. Two base options are available: a sculpted gear base (supplied attached as one piece) or a plain base (supplied detached, easily affixed with a small amount of glue). The mini arrives ready for priming and painting, though it's equally at home on the table or display shelf straight away. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks are possible and can be cleaned up easily.
