Evocation Master Wizard (Artemis of Canos) by DM Stash
Description
He has walked the battlefield long enough to know that the difference between a fireball and a funeral pyre is simply a matter of aim.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Artemis of Canos is no cloistered academic. This is a wizard who has stood on contested ground, arcane fire crackling between gauntleted fingers while lesser men fled. Sculpted in a broad-shouldered, battle-ready stance, Artemis wears layered plate armour etched with scrollwork and arcane sigils, a flowing coat swept back mid-stride beneath pauldrons that speak of campaigns rather than classrooms. His long white hair and full beard mark decades of hard-won knowledge, and in one hand he raises a longsword aloft — the declaration of an Evoker who has never once hidden behind his spellbook.
Whether you need a seasoned war-mage PC, a formidable mentor figure, or the kind of NPC who makes your players immediately rethink their approach, Artemis carries the weight of genuine history in every sculpted detail. The ornate staff at his side and the carved belt pouches hint at a spellcaster who came prepared — and has been prepared for a very long time. A worthy addition to any painted display shelf or to the heat of a D&D 5e encounter.
Suited for adventurers who:
- Play Evocation School Wizards or armoured arcane casters
- Need a commanding mentor NPC or quest-giver with military gravitas
- Want a memorable antagonist — the archmage who once fought for the right side
- Collect heroic human wizard miniatures for display or campaign use
Encounter Hook:
The party finds Artemis of Canos standing alone at the centre of a smouldering battlefield, sword planted in the earth, three scorched craters surrounding him where the enemy lines used to be. He doesn't look up when they approach. "You're late," he says. "I had to start without you."
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The figure and decorative scenic base are separate pieces — a small amount of super glue is all that's needed to assemble them. The base is designed to complement the pose, and the two genuinely do look their best together. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor marks are occasionally possible and easily tidied up before priming. Ready for painting straight out of the box, or display-worthy as-is.
