Sornak cuts an imposing silhouette — shaven-headed and long-bearded, swathed in a heavy flowing robe that pools behind him as he advances. His belt is adorned with small skulls and a cluster of ornate keys that hang from thick chains, hinting at vaults sealed with more than lock and key. In one hand he grips a twisted forked staff topped with a wicked tined head; in the other he holds aloft a raw arcane crystal, channelling power with the casual authority of someone who has done this a thousand times before.

This is a character sculpted with lived-in menace. The expression is not fury — it is certainty. Sornak does not rage; he calculates, and that deliberate calm makes him the more unsettling villain to place across the table from your players.
