This hulking orc pirate captain is a force of nature on the high seas and at the tabletop. Barrel-chested and battle-scarred, he stomps atop a fallen ship's wheel with a broad cutlass raised in one meaty fist and a wild-eyed monkey perched on his shoulder, claws out and screaming alongside its master. His open coat billows around him, his tricorne hat sits at a swagger, and his scarred belly speaks to a lifetime of violence survived. Every detail — from the fraying belt to the chain looped at his hip — tells the story of a man who's been in too many fights and won every one of them.

Whether you're running a nautical campaign through treacherous coastal waters, statting him up as a CR 10 boss encounter on a plundered galleon, or painting him as a display centrepiece, Shark Barbarossa demands attention the moment he hits the table. The sculpt comes from Primal Collectibles' Uncharted Kingdoms: The Mighty Stone range and sits on a decorative ship's wheel base that integrates directly with the pose — he doesn't just stand on it, he owns it.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable pirate captain villain or rival for a nautical campaign arc
  • Want a display-scale centrepiece with exceptional sculptural detail
  • Are running a seafaring one-shot and need a boss encounter with visual presence
  • Play or DM with orc or half-orc player characters who need a kindred spirit — or a bitter enemy
  • Love painting large, characterful figures with deep surface texture and storytelling detail

Encounter Hook:
The party's ship is boarded mid-storm. Through the rain and chaos, a massive figure leaps from the enemy vessel onto the deck, monkey screaming from his shoulder and cutlass already drawn — Shark Barbarossa has decided this cargo is worth collecting personally. The players have three rounds before his crew overwhelms the helm.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The decorative ship's wheel base is included and fits the pose closely — the two pieces are designed to work together and attach with a small amount of glue. As with all our miniatures, this piece arrives ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight from the box in its natural resin finish.
