Description

Chains still trailing from broken shackles, the Ettin Hurler winds back and lets fly — and whatever it's throwing, it used to be a wall.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Ettin Savages Hurler is a brute caught mid-rampage, every muscle wound into the arc of a devastating throw. This sculpt captures the creature at its most dangerous: rope-bound at the waist, spiked ankle cuffs rattling with broken chain links strewn across the base, one massive arm outstretched for balance as the other hauls a great chunk of masonry overhead. A rat perches atop the creature's head — a grotesque little passenger utterly unconcerned with the carnage unfolding beneath it. The detail across the torso, the texture of the rope bindings, and the heavy links of chain trailing behind make this a genuinely characterful piece to paint and place on the table.

In D&D lore, ettins occupy a strange and savage niche — too wild to be reasoned with, too powerful to be ignored. Two quarrelling heads, one terrifyingly strong body, and absolutely no interest in negotiation. The Hurler variant leans into the creature's raw destructive power, making it a natural fit as a roaming wilderness threat, a crude gladiatorial fighter, or a giant-kin enforcer who's slipped the leash of whoever thought they could control it.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a hulking two-headed giant for a wilderness or mountain encounter
  • Are running giant-kin factions, slave pits, or savage raider camps
  • Want a Boss Monster with visual impact that reads clearly across the table
  • Enjoy a characterful, lore-rich display piece as much as a gaming mini
  • Are building out a collection of monster minis suitable for mid-tier D&D encounters

Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked the missing merchant wagons to a mountain pass — only to find the wreckage scattered across a half-mile radius, and one very large, very angry ettin still mid-tantrum, hurling cart wheels into the treeline. The chain around its ankles suggests someone tried to keep it leashed. That someone is not nearby.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and decorative base are separate pieces — a small amount of super glue will bond them securely. Note that some sculpts interact closely with their base, so we recommend attaching it for the best display result. The mini arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or striking straight from the base coat as a gaming piece.
