Description

Two heads, one terrible purpose — the Ettin Beast has been unleashed upon the lowlands, and neither mind can agree on who to crush first.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is a large-sized miniature — noticeably taller and broader than standard 32mm figures, making it appropriately imposing on the tabletop. The Ettin Beast is sculpted with two distinct, snarling heads, each with an expression of savage fury, jutting teeth, and pronounced brow ridges that give each face its own ghastly character. The body is thick with muscle, covered in layered crude armour pieces — studded pauldrons, banded forearm guards, a heavy belt with circular medallions, and rough woven fabric at the waist — befitting a creature that scavenges what it wears.

In its left hand it clutches a heavy spiked flail, the weapon of choice for a brute that wants to feel every impact. The right hand is curled, claws half-raised as if ready to grab whatever the flail misses. Spines protrude from the creature's shoulders and upper back, suggesting either natural mutation or the scars of a life spent in brutal conflict. The pose is slightly hunched and forward-leaning — threatening, purposeful, mid-lurch.

The scale reference shown alongside the digital render makes clear just how much table presence this miniature commands. As a Large creature in D&D 5e, it occupies a 2x2 tile footprint, which this sculpt fills convincingly.

A good match for adventurers who:

  • Run giant-type encounters in wilderness, mountain, or dungeon settings
  • Need a menacing Large creature for a mid-tier combat encounter
  • Want a showpiece that rewards a detailed paint job across two distinct faces
  • Are building out a collection of monster miniatures for D&D 5e or Pathfinder
  • Love creature sculpts with real personality baked into the pose and expression

Encounter Hook: The village of Ashford has been raided three nights running — livestock taken, a barn collapsed, and enormous two-toed footprints leading north into the hills. The local reeve is offering fifty gold to whoever can track the beast to its lair and deal with it permanently. What the bounty notice doesn't mention is that the creature has two heads, and they argue constantly about tactics — making it unpredictable in a fight.

Details

This miniature is supplied unpainted and unassembled if applicable. Bases are not included unless stated. As a large-scale sculpt, it will require a larger base than standard 32mm figures — a 50mm round base is recommended for D&D 5e compatibility. The render shown is the digital pre-production image; final prints faithfully reproduce all surface detail including the spine ridges, facial detail, and armour texture.
