The Eternal Bloom is no mere spellcaster. She is a sovereign of living magic, her robes flowing like moonlit petals, a great rose blossom crowning her head as both adornment and declaration of dominion. In one hand she raises clawed fingers — a gesture of invitation or curse, depending on her mood — while the other grips a thorned stave topped with a sealed bud that pulses with barely-contained arcane energy. She is the Feywild made flesh: beautiful, ancient, and entirely indifferent to mortal concepts of mercy.
