Description

The wagon sits abandoned at the crossroads, its wooden slats creaking in the wind — whoever left it here departed in a hurry, and the mud around the wheels tells a story the party hasn't yet pieced together.

  • ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
  • ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
  • ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama

This Empty Wagon is exactly the kind of scatter terrain that transforms a flat grid into a scene with history. With its planked wooden sides, spoke wheels, and open cart bed, it reads immediately as a merchant's transport, a farmer's haul, or something altogether more sinister depending on what your Dungeon Master decides to hide beneath that seat. The sculpt captures the weight and texture of rough-hewn timber beautifully — this isn't a toy cart, it's a piece of a living world.

Whether it's blocking a narrow alleyway, sitting idle outside a rural tavern, or serving as the centrepiece of an ambush gone wrong, the Empty Wagon earns its place on your table every time it appears. It works just as well as a display piece for collectors building diorama scenes of village life or road encounters.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are building immersive battle maps for town, road, or wilderness encounters
  • Need scatter terrain that doubles as cover and storytelling detail
  • Want to populate a diorama or display scene with lived-in world props
  • Are looking for a centrepiece prop for a merchant ambush, smuggler's drop, or chase scene

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a missing merchant for three days. They find the wagon first — axles intact, horse gone, cargo door hanging open. Inside, a single coin purse and a note in a language none of them recognise. The merchant is out there somewhere. So is whoever took them.

Scaled to 32mm. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming and painting, or use it straight from the box with a base coat if you prefer. As with all hand-checked prints, minor surface marks from the printing process are possible — these are easily tidied up before painting. Fully cured and support-free on arrival.
