Description
They say Elrick took his first giant's head before he had a name worth keeping — the antlers on his helm are proof of what followed.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Elrick is not a subtle character. He announces himself with the sweep of a massive axe raised high overhead, a broad round shield braced on his off-arm, and the unmistakable silhouette of branching antlers rising from a full-visored helmet. His tattered cloak billows behind him mid-charge, and his boots are planted on the fallen remains of a defeated foe — helm, body and broken sword already ground into the earth beneath him. This is a warrior who has already won the last fight, and is well into the next one.
The sculpt from Witchsong Miniatures captures genuine kinetic energy — weight forward, axe arm extended, shield out in a guard that speaks to hard-won experience rather than recklessness. The decorative base is richly detailed, with rune-carved edges and the defeated foe's remains serving as Elrick's grim plinth. The level of texture across his layered armour, the wood grain of the shield, and the organic weight of the antlers all reward close attention — this is a miniature that will hold its own both on the gaming table and on a display shelf.
As a multipart sculpt, Elrick comes with both a decorative scenic base and a plain base option, giving you flexibility in how he's presented. Supported and unsupported print files are included, so painters who prefer to work directly from the file have full control.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Need a formidable warrior champion for a Norse or highland campaign
- Want a barbarian or fighter miniature with genuine visual presence
- Are building out a giant-slaying warband or a lone legendary hero narrative
- Paint for display and want a sculpt with rich surface texture to work with
- Need a BBEG-calibre model that doubles as an elite PC or named NPC
Encounter Hook
The party crests the ridge to find the aftermath of a battle — a single giant, felled and broken, and standing atop it a lone armoured figure who hasn't even lowered his axe yet. Elrick turns slowly. He wasn't expecting company. He's not worried about it either.
