This is a warrior forged by the deep forest as much as by any blacksmith. Elrick's bust presents a closed, visor-down greathelm crowned with a sweeping rack of stag antlers — not decorative, but earned. The helm's pointed faceplate carries the grim silence of someone who has faced something enormous and simply refused to be consumed by it. Around the shoulders, layers of articulated plate armour are wrapped in thorned fabric — a cloak or binding that speaks of rituals, vows, or wounds that never quite healed. The surface detail across the chest is exceptional: overlapping armour panels, etched markings, and the texture of that thorn-wound cloth all reward close attention and careful brushwork.

As a painting project, this bust offers tremendous range.
