Harmara — known in whispered circles as "Dances With Blood" — is an elven sorceress of rare and unnerving power. This sculpt captures her mid-ritual: a tall arcane staff gripped in one hand, its oval-framed head etched with runic geometry, while the other hand cradles a conjured flame as though it were something alive and tame. Her layered armour sits over a flowing skirt that sweeps and coils with uncanny movement, the fabric etched with swirling patterns that suggest something woven rather than worn — as though the cloth itself is part of the casting. Long hair fans out behind her, caught mid-motion, and her expression carries the particular calm of someone who has already decided how this ends.

This is a sculpt built for character. The detail on her belt, bracers, and chest piece rewards careful painting, whilst the rear of the skirt — rippling like smoke through still air — makes her equally compelling from every angle. Whether she appears as a player character sorcerer, a morally ambiguous NPC blood mage, or the hidden power behind a cult of crimson devotees, Harmara commands attention at 32mm scale. An equally rewarding piece for display collectors as for active campaigns.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Play a sorcerer, warlock, or arcane spellcaster and want a miniature with genuine presence
  • Need a memorable elven NPC — a faction leader, a rival, or a morally complex ally
  • Are building a display shelf with narrative centrepieces that hold up under close inspection
  • Want a miniature whose back detailing is as considered as the front

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the ruined amphitheatre to find a single figure at its centre — staff planted, flame dancing above an open palm, and twelve bodies arranged in a circle around her. Harmara looks up slowly. "You're late," she says. "I've already begun."

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces — a small amount of super glue will bond them securely. The decorative base complements the sculpt and is recommended for display. Supplied unpainted and ready to prime.
