He stands one boot raised on a twisted root formation — the remains of something fallen — arms folded across his chest, a quiver of arrows rising over his shoulder and a short blade at his hip. His long coat bears ornate detailing on the belt and pauldrons, his pointed ears framing a sharp, watchful face. Encounter Hook:

Galadrian doesn't introduce himself. He simply says: "You've been followed since the crossroads. I've dealt with two of them. The third is your problem." He stands, and the party realises the root formation at his feet isn't natural — it's what's left of something that tried to ambush him first.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and decorative base are separate pieces and attach with standard hobby glue — the sculpt interacts with the base and looks its best when displayed together. Ready for priming and painting straight out of the box, or striking unpainted as a display piece in its own right.
