This is a sprawling, massively detailed sculpt of a fallen elephant skeleton, posed low and collapsed as though mid-charge or in the final throes of defeat. Every surface rewards close inspection: exposed ribcage, articulated leg bones wrapped in rope and spike-studded bands, a great curved tusk adorned with a spiked cuff, and a heavy trunk hanging limp — the whole creature draped in segmented battle armour and woven-plate barding. Chains loop across the body, and the hide that remains clings in tattered folds across the flanks. The sheer scale and texture of this piece — mounted on a huge 76.5mm base — makes it one of the most visually commanding undead miniatures in our catalogue.

What makes this sculpt particularly compelling is its sense of narrative weight. This is not a skeleton that was always a skeleton — it was something armoured and purposeful, now stilled.
