Description

The earth shook before they saw it — a colossal skeleton clad in iron-studded barding, tusks bound in chain, ribs yawning open like the gates of a crypt, and a single curved claw raised as if daring the world to run.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is a Huge-scale creature — seated on a 76.5mm oval base — and it earns every millimetre. The sculpt depicts a skeletal elephant of extraordinary menace: exposed ribs curve outward from the torso like a cage of bone, while heavy armoured plates are lashed across the back with chains and riveted strapping. The trunk is wrapped in a spiked chain coil and raises a hooked blade-claw at its tip, giving the beast an almost deliberate, weaponised quality — as if something has not merely raised this creature from the dead, but has equipped it for war.

The detail across the entire piece rewards close inspection. Spiked anklets ring each leg, the barding panels show cracked and weathered plating, and the exposed ribcage makes a visual centrepiece that will challenge and delight painters who enjoy contrast work between bone, iron, and leathery hide remnants. Whether you pick out the chains in verdigris-stained copper or paint the skeletal sections in a bleached-bone palette with necrotic glowing effects, this sculpt gives you the surface area to make it sing.

As a Huge creature, this miniature commands the gaming table — it fills space the way a proper encounter boss should, dwarfing standard 32mm adventurers and making clear that whatever raised this beast meant business. It works equally well as a centrepiece display model for a fantasy collector's shelf.

This miniature is multipart and comes with your choice of base option at checkout.

Particularly well suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable undead encounter that goes beyond the standard skeleton warrior
  • Are running arctic, wasteland, or ancient-ruin campaigns and want a beast-scale threat
  • Want a necromancer's prized war-mount for a recurring villain
  • Enjoy a substantial painting project with large open surfaces and layered textures
  • Are building a display collection around undead creatures or massive creature sculpts

Encounter Hook

The village of Thornmere has been losing livestock for a fortnight — entire herds vanishing overnight with nothing left but flattened crops and enormous footprints leading north. When the party follows the trail into the Ashfen Barrens, they find a frost-touched necromancer standing atop a ridge, one hand extended, her robes snapping in the wind. Below her, still bearing the chains and armoured barding she welded to its bones herself, the Thornmere Mammoth lumbers forward — and it has not eaten in three thousand years, but it remembers the shape of a charge.
