Andraza the False Incarnate is one of the most arresting sculpts to come out of DM Stash's War of the Elements range. She's caught mid-leap, body coiled in a flying kick, robes and sashes rippling behind her as a tremendous wave of dark crimson flame billows and crests beneath her — equal parts weapon and throne. Her torso is layered in intricately carved ritual armour, knotwork and glyphs pressed deep into every surface, and her braided hair trails behind her with the same kinetic energy as the fire at her feet. The sculpt rewards painters who want to push contrast work: the fluid, churning flame base is practically begging for deep red-to-orange glazes or Object Source Lighting effects, while the figure herself provides a wealth of fine detail in the armour panels and fabric folds.

For Dungeon Masters, Andraza works as a campaign-defining antagonist — a monk who has convinced her followers, and perhaps herself, that she is the living vessel of an elemental god. The twist? The power is real, but the divine mandate is not. She's also a compelling player character base for those running a Way of the Four Elements monk, a fire sorcerer reskin, or any character walking the line between martial discipline and raw elemental chaos.

A worthwhile addition for adventurers who:

  • Want a dynamic, action-pose monk mini that doubles as a display centrepiece
  • Are building a War of the Elements or elemental plane campaign arc
  • Need a memorable boss monster or cult leader with real visual presence on the table
  • Paint for competition or display and want a sculpt with dramatic scenic basing built in

Encounter Hook:
The monastery is silent — every monk in the compound kneeling in a wide ring, eyes closed, as Andraza rises from the centre of the courtyard on a column of crimson fire. She turns her gaze to the party and smiles. "You've come to tell me the power isn't real," she says. "You're welcome to try and prove it."

Andraza comes at 32mm scale. The figure and the elaborate flame base are separate pieces and can be joined with a drop of superglue — note that the figure is designed to interact with the base, so the two are best displayed together. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming. As with any hand-finished piece, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are straightforward to address before painting.
