Electric Frankenstein Roar is a large-scale humanoid monster sculpt that demands attention the moment it hits the table. The creature is posed mid-roar, arms flung wide and claws splayed, with jagged bolts of electricity crackling outward from both hands and spiralling up from two mechanical coil devices mounted on its back — the unmistakeable hallmarks of an experiment gone catastrophically right. The beast's face is bestial and furious, framed by wild, matted hair, with an open snarl that leaves no ambiguity about its intentions. Torn clothing clings to a massively muscled frame, and the feet are bare and clawed — half-monster, half-victim of the arcane science that created it.

The sculpt ships on a large 51mm base, giving it a footprint that properly conveys the threat of a creature this size. The back of the miniature is equally well-realised — great slabs of muscle flare across the shoulders, the mechanical coils rise from the spine in clear relief, and the four-armed lightning effect spreads symmetrically outward, making this a piece that looks just as compelling from any angle on the display shelf.

Whether you're running a Ravenloft arc steeped in gothic horror, a steampunk setting where arcane experimentation has gone too far, or simply need a genuinely imposing BBEG to stop your party dead in their tracks, this miniature delivers the physicality and drama the moment calls for.

This miniature works well for adventurers who:

  • Need a large, threatening monster for a gothic horror or mad science encounter
  • Are building a Ravenloft or steampunk-themed villain roster
  • Want a centrepiece creature that reads instantly as dangerous across the table
  • Are looking for a display piece that rewards careful painting — especially on the lightning effects and mechanical coils
  • Play or DM games where a rampaging construct-like horror fits the narrative

Encounter Hook: The party has tracked a series of disappearances to the abandoned Voss estate on the edge of the marshlands. Inside the ruined laboratory, beakers still bubble and a generator hums with residual energy. Then a cabinet bursts open, and eight feet of snarling, lightning-wreathed fury fills the doorway — the culmination of Lord Voss's final, forbidden experiment. It remembers nothing. It is angry about everything.
