This is a creature that belongs to no taxonomy a sage would dare write down. The Elder Thing Roar sculpt by Epic Miniatures is a large, multipart aberration built on a 51mm base — a sprawling mass of ribbed tentacles, knobbed limb-clubs, curling fronds, and a torso bearing arcane shield-like sigils at its chest. The creature's maw is wide and ringed, positioned front and centre as though mid-cry, and flanking it are two enormous wing-like structures textured with thousands of tiny nodules. The whole silhouette reads as simultaneously organic and deeply, wrongly structured — as though something ancient tried to remember what a body was supposed to look like and got most of the way there.

At its base, thick tentacle-roots coil and splay outward, anchoring it to the 51mm decorative base that ships with this bundle. The multipart construction means painters can approach the piece in sections — the wing-fronds and limb-clusters are separate enough to allow brush access to the densely detailed core before final assembly. Whether you're building an Underdark horror encounter or want a showpiece for the display shelf, this sculpt rewards careful painting at every level of detail.
