Description
Every town has someone who knows too much — Edwin Woodwright is the man the guilds call when they need something built, and the one the adventurers should have spoken to first.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Edwin cuts a distinctive figure on any tabletop: a broad-shouldered man of weathered years, silver hair drawn back, full beard neatly kept, and a long work coat that speaks to a lifetime of practical labour. He carries a rolled document or tool in one hand and a bound ledger in the other, with chisels and small implements tucked into the cross-body harness across his chest. Slung at his back is a large handsaw — its serrated blade rendered in crisp detail — identifying him unmistakably as a master craftsman, carpenter, or perhaps a guild overseer of considerable standing. He looks like a man who has seen contracts broken and knows exactly what to do about it.
Whether Edwin becomes a quest-giver with a grudge, a key witness to something he shouldn't have seen, or a retired adventurer who traded his sword for a saw, this sculpt brings real character to your table. His grounded, no-nonsense stance makes him equally at home in a bustling market town, a thieves' guild front, or a noble's private construction project gone wrong. He's equally well-suited to gaming tables and display shelves — the kind of sculpt that rewards careful painting and looks compelling even straight off the base.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a named NPC with genuine visual personality — a guild master, town elder, or suspicious contractor
- Want a craftsman, carpenter, or artificer-adjacent character for their 5e campaign
- Are building a lived-in, grounded fantasy town with believable supporting cast
- Collect character miniatures for display as well as play
Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to investigate why the new town hall has begun to sink — but when they seek out the master builder who oversaw construction, they find Edwin Woodwright barricaded in his workshop, ledger clutched to his chest, insisting he has said nothing to nobody and will continue to say nothing until someone explains why his apprentice went missing three nights ago.

What's included:
Edwin Woodwright is printed at 32mm scale (the original sculpt is designed at 35mm — we can adjust scaling on request, just send us a message). The miniature comes with a plain black round base, which attaches easily with a small amount of glue. A decorative base option is also available — if selected, please include a note with your preferred base style from the three options. The miniature arrives with supports removed and fully cured, ready for priming and painting.
