Description
He's hired you to escort a wagon to Phandalin — but Gundren Rockseeker is keeping secrets, and the map tucked inside his coat is worth more trouble than he's letting on.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This sculpt captures Gundren in a broad-brimmed hat and a heavy traveller's coat, braided beard bound with cord and boots worn from the road. One hand is extended — an offer, a warning, or the beginning of a deal you'll regret. He's the kind of dwarf who smells of mine dust and opportunity in equal measure, and this miniature carries all of that character in the detail: the layered clothing, the weathered face, the posture of someone who has survived long enough to know when he's being watched.
Whether you're running Lost Mine of Phandelver straight from the book or reworking Gundren as a recurring patron, rival, or reluctant ally in a homebrew campaign, this miniature gives him the physical presence he deserves at the table. He works equally well as a display piece for collectors who appreciate a finely sculpted dwarf NPC with genuine narrative weight.
Well suited for adventurers who:
- Are running Lost Mine of Phandelver and want a proper miniature for Gundren
- Need a dwarf merchant, quest-giver, or shady patron for their campaign
- Want a characterful dwarf NPC for homebrew storytelling
- Collect D&D miniatures for display as well as play
Encounter Hook:
The party receives a hastily written note from Gundren — he never arrived in Phandalin. A trail of disturbed earth leads north from the Triboar Trail, and a folded scrap of parchment nearby shows the edge of a map in a hand that matches his. Someone got to him first, and whatever he found in Wave Echo Cave, they wanted it badly enough to take him alive.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale, pre-supported and printed to a high level of detail. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Minor marks from support removal are possible; these are easily cleaned up before priming. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for paint or display straight from the box.
