Description

In the roaring arena, where the crowd's hunger is as dangerous as any blade, Nilyerg Sureshot has never once missed his mark — and the crowd knows it.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Nilyerg Sureshot cuts a formidable silhouette — a broad-shouldered dwarf veteran who has survived the arena long enough to look completely at ease doing it. He stands with his heavy blunderbuss resting across one shoulder, muzzle pointed skyward, while his free hand grips a broad-bladed battle-axe adorned with knotwork engravings. His long, braided beard is bound at the ends with leather cord, and his expression carries the quiet confidence of someone who has won this fight before.

His armour is a practical mix of scale pauldrons, layered leather plate, and a travelling cloak that sweeps behind him — sturdy enough to weather punishment, flexible enough not to slow his aim. Belt pouches and strapped kit speak to a fighter who comes prepared. The rocky scatter base gives the sculpt a solid arena floor feel, with cracked stone underfoot as though the ground itself has taken a beating from the bouts fought here.

The detail throughout is exceptional — from the Celtic knotwork on the axe head to the individual rings of his scale shoulders, there is genuine craftsmanship to reward any painter who takes their time with it. As a display piece, Nilyerg rewards layered highlighting across the scale armour and warm, natural tones for the leather and braided beard. On the table, he reads clearly even at distance, which matters when your players are arguing about line of sight.

A fine choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a ranged-combat dwarf PC — Gunslinger, Fighter, or Ranger all fit naturally
  • Are running an arena campaign, gladiatorial encounter, or blood-sport storyline
  • Want a characterful NPC: a seasoned arena champion, a dwarven bounty hunter, or a mercenary for hire
  • Love a miniature with strong narrative presence and a beard that demands respect

Encounter Hook

The party enter the arena district looking for information on a missing merchant — only to find his name on tonight's fight card. In Gate Three, currently sharpening his axe and not taking visitors, is Nilyerg Sureshot: the man who reportedly saw the merchant last, and who very much does not want to talk about it before the bout begins.
