Torgrik is the kind of figure who owns a room without saying a word. His battered top hat sits at a deliberate tilt above a magnificently braided beard; a pipe smoulders at his lips while one hand cradles a blunderbuss pistol and the other raises a long-barrelled flintlock with casual authority. His broad frame is wrapped in a heavy, stitched duster coat — the back flowing dramatically behind him — and his chest is a testament to preparation: multiple firearms holstered across bandoliers, a dagger tucked within easy reach. This is not a dwarf who came to negotiate.
