Description

He's spent more years underground than above it, and every swing of that pickaxe is a reminder that dwarven stubbornness is the deepest vein of all.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This Dwarf Miner is a barrel-chested, bald-headed bruiser with a thick beard and forearms that could crack stone without the pickaxe. Captured mid-swing with both hands gripping the handle overhead, he radiates the kind of raw, no-nonsense physicality that makes dwarven NPCs so memorable at the table. Stripped to the waist with simple rope-belted trousers, he looks less like a professional adventurer and more like someone you've just interrupted mid-shift — and that's exactly what makes him so useful. The sculpt carries excellent detail in the beard texture, the grip tension in his hands, and the worn, practical cut of his clothing.

Whether you're running a mining colony encounter, a Underdark journey, or a gritty urban campaign with a powerful dwarven guild, this mini brings a grounded, working-class presence to scenes that benefit from it. He'll paint up just as well as a seasoned Barbarian or Fighter who came up hard from the tunnels.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a memorable NPC for a mining town, dwarven hold, or guild encounter
  • Are building a Barbarian or Fighter player character with a working-class backstory
  • Want a display piece that captures dwarven physicality without heavy armour
  • Are filling out a dwarven settlement with characterful, non-warrior figures

Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the lower shafts of the Ironvein mine looking for a missing foreman — and finds him here, alone in a collapsed tunnel, pickaxe raised and eyes wild. He isn't attacking the rock. He's listening to something moving inside it.
