Gimrak is no simple warrior-lord. He is a monarch shaped by stone and hard seasons — broad as a mountain wall, draped in layered fur and scale-mail, with a jagged antler crown that looks less like regalia and more like something he wrestled off a cave elk. In one gauntleted fist he carries a brutal war axe, serrated and heavy with use. In the other, raised as if in proclamation or accusation, he clutches a raw crystal shard — whether it is treasure, weapon, or something stranger is entirely up to your table to decide. His cape billows behind him, and beneath that vast beard, his expression carries the weight of a king who has seen too much and forgiven too little.
