Description

In the impossible geometry of Mechanus, the Duodrone does not question its orders — it simply advances, blades drawn, expression set somewhere between fury and function.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

This bundle brings together both sculpts in the Novaminis Duodrone range — pose 01 and pose 02 — giving you the complete set of these brilliantly characterful Modron constructs. The Duodrone is the second rank in the rigid hierarchy of the Modrons: a cube-headed, bolt-riveted creature of pure law, built to serve and to fight. What makes this sculpt so distinctive is that expressive, almost contemptuous face pressed into the front of each mechanical cube-head — all grimace and grim purpose, paired with spindly articulated limbs wielding short swords with surprising menace.

Pose 01 catches the Duodrone mid-stride, both blades out and weight shifting forward in a dynamic, aggressive advance. Pose 02 takes a wider, more planted stance — sword drawn to one side, gears and joints clearly visible across the torso, a more deliberate and intimidating silhouette. Together they make a superb matched pair for use as a squad, a wandering patrol, or simply two entries in a Modron-themed display collection. Both are rendered at 32mm scale and work equally well on the tabletop or a painted collector's shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Want both Duodrone poses at a saving over buying them separately
  • Are running a Planescape or Mechanus-themed campaign featuring Modron encounters
  • Need constructs that hold their own as display pieces as well as gaming pieces
  • Are collectors building out a full Modron hierarchy from Monodrone upwards

Encounter Hook:
The party's portal to Mechanus spits them out mid-march — right in the path of a Duodrone patrol that has been circling the same route since before living memory. The constructs don't speak. They simply raise their blades and begin to converge, because unauthorised entry is a deviation, and deviations are to be corrected.

Both miniatures are printed at 32mm scale. Supplied unpainted and unprimed, ready for your brushwork or to use straight from the shelf. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
