Drunk Patron 02 by Novaminis

She's had three too many, the jug's nearly empty, and she's absolutely convinced the bard owes her a dance.

Drunk Patron 02 is the second variation in Novaminis' tavern regular series, and where Variation 01 might be slumped or swaying, this sculpt captures a woman mid-lurch — upright but only just, one hand thrusting forward with a clay jug in an unsteady toast. Her long dreaded hair falls loose around her shoulders, and her expression sits somewhere between gleeful and confrontational. She wears a practical skirt laced along the hem, a cropped top with beaded neckline, and strapped sandals — dressed for a night out, not a dungeon crawl.

The pose is dynamic in a grounded, everyday sort of way. Her weight shifts to one side, free arm trailing behind her as she leans into the gesture. It reads immediately: this woman is the life of the tavern and well aware of it. For painters, the sculpt rewards attention — the leather lacework on the skirt, the beading at her collar, the worn surface of the jug all offer excellent detail at 32mm scale.

As an NPC, she fits naturally into any scene involving a common room, a festival, a dockside dive, or a raucous post-battle celebration. She could just as easily be played as a Charisma-heavy bard or sorcerer in a moment between adventures, or a rogue whose cover is simply being the loudest person at the bar.

This mini works brilliantly for adventurers who:

• Need believable background NPCs to populate a tavern or market scene
• Are running a social-heavy campaign where the common room is as dangerous as the dungeon
• Want a characterful female humanoid miniature with real personality
• Are painting a diorama centred on festival or urban life
• Play a Bard, Sorcerer, or Rogue who wouldn't be caught dead looking like a hero

Encounter Hook

The party is questioning the innkeeper about the missing merchant when a loud crash interrupts — this woman has knocked over a full rack of mugs trying to point dramatically at the door. She swears she saw someone matching the description leave last night, but coaxing the details out of her is going to require either patience, a Persuasion check, or someone willing to share the next round.
