Description

He walked out of the sacred grove three centuries ago and has not stopped moving since — twin staves raised, robes whipping in a wind that follows only him.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Druid Mimir Avatar cuts an unmistakable silhouette: a long-bearded elder mid-stride, flowing robes billowing as he moves with surprising purpose. In each hand he carries a distinct staff — one knotted and gnarled, the other topped with a swept, flame-like finial — and atop his head sit two short antler-like horns that mark him as something older than a simple village wise-man. This is a figure who communes with powers that predate the gods adventurers usually pray to.

The sculpt rewards careful painting. The layered robes offer deep fabric folds that respond beautifully to a wash-and-drybrush approach, while the twin staves give you two distinct focal points to pick out in contrasting tones — perhaps one carved bone-pale, one dark-stained heartwood. The horned headpiece and long flowing beard frame a determined face that suits everything from a stern quest-giver to an outright antagonist.

Whether you're running a Norse-flavoured campaign, a druidic circle questline, or a forest-dwelling elder who turns out to be considerably more dangerous than he looks, this miniature carries the weight of those encounters on its slight, robed shoulders.

This listing comes with both a plain base and a no-base variant, giving you the flexibility to mount him on your own basing scheme or drop him straight into a pre-built display diorama.

  • Adventurers running Norse, Arthurian, or wilderness-based campaigns
  • DMs who want a druid NPC with genuine gravitas and visual presence
  • Painters looking for a miniature with richly detailed fabric and expressive prop work
  • Collectors building out a display shelf with lore-heavy elder archetypes

Encounter Hook: The party arrives at the edge of the Thornwood seeking the oracle said to know the location of the Frostbound Seal. They find the Druid Mimir Avatar standing in a clearing, both staves raised, chanting in a dialect none of them recognise — and the trees are slowly turning to face them.
