There is something deeply unsettling about a drider who has found their calling — and this one has found it behind the bar. Broad-shouldered and barrel-chested, he raises a brimming tankard aloft with one hand whilst clutching a small cask under his other arm, the very picture of a generous host. Below the waist, however, the illusion of civility frays: eight articulated spider legs, all angular chitin and tapered claws, spread outward from a bulbous arachnid abdomen ringed with spines. The contrast between the jovial innkeeper above and the predatory architecture below is precisely what makes this sculpt so compelling.
