Description

It didn't wait to be called — it simply arrived, reeking of sulphur and hunger, claws already outstretched.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Dretch is one of the Abyss's lowest rungs — and yet its very disposability makes it dangerous. Summoned in swarms by warlocks drunk on power, or spat out from cracked summoning circles gone wrong, these bloated, shambling fiends serve as shock troops, distractions, and occasionally the first sign that something far worse is on its way. They don't strategise; they lunge.

This sculpt captures that lurching aggression beautifully. The Dretch is mid-charge, one clawed arm thrusting forward and jaws flung wide in a shriek that carries no language — only appetite. Its thickset, pustule-riddled body hunches forward, knuckles low, every muscle coiled for impact. The swept-back horns and splayed, taloned feet round out a creature that reads as utterly wrong at a glance. Whether you're placing it across the table from your players or painting it up as a display piece, it earns every inch of shelf space it takes.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a reliable abyssal foot soldier for summoning encounters or demonic invasions
  • Are building a warlock patron's retinue or a corrupted temple set piece
  • Want a characterful monster with strong painting potential — those pustules and claws will reward a wash
  • Collect fiends and lower planar creatures for display

Encounter Hook:
The warlock's ritual was supposed to bind it — but the binding circle was drawn one sigil short. Now the Dretch is loose in the undercroft, and the party can hear wet, shuffling footsteps moving between the columns. Something is very close, and it smells like burning flesh.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale and supplied as a single piece attached to its base, ready for priming and painting. As with all hand-checked pieces, minor surface marks from the printing process are possible — these are easily cleaned up and in no way affect the sculpt's character.
